You can combine any of our massage treatments with one of our six 30 minutes "Add-on" treatments, to bring a deeper focus on a specific area of your body: face, head, back, neck and shoulders, abdomen and feet, or a deeply relaxing sound healing mini session. Alternatively you can also book two or three "Add-ons" together to create a focused individualized treatment.
Every session will be carried in a thoughtful, safe and personalised way with the intention of being a gift to your senses while offering you an improvement in your physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Therapeutic
Therapeutic sports massage is specifically designed to address chronic muscle and fascial tension, knots, and areas of pain or discomfort. This therapeutic technique is suitable for everyone, including individuals with medical conditions, due to its healing and calming properties.
Depending on your specific goals, remedial massage incorporates various methods (myofascial release, trigger points, stretches, cupping, craniosacral, etc.) to achieve the desired results. While the majority of the massage session focuses on relaxation and therapeutic benefits, there may be moments when the massage therapist applies pressure to certain points that might cause temporary discomfort.
Besides its physical benefits, therapeutic remedial massage can also have positive psychological effects, promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

Hot & Cold Stones Therapy
Hot and cold stone massage therapy balances the soothing effects of heat and the refreshing effects of cold temperatures to provide total relaxation for the body and muscles.
During the massage treatment the therapist uses a combination of different temperatures: heated stones to 65ºC are applied to your skin to soften your muscles and colder marble stones can be used on the face (and if desired on the whole body) to relieve pressure in the sinuses, reduce swelling and improve the blood flow by drawing heat from your skin and for deep relaxation and pain relief.

Prenatal
A prenatal massage is a perfect solution to the discomfort of pregnancy, as it can help to reduce stress and anxiety, relieve muscle tension and improve your mood.
This personalized and therapeutic full body massage uses warm oil and will help to reduce swelling, muscles aches, joint pain, and improve your sleep. It is done in side lying and supine positions with a bolster being used for support to keep you comfortable during the massage.
You can combine this treatment with any of our 30-minute "Add-ons" to bring a deeper focus to head, face, neck and shoulders, back or feet.

Traditional Thai Yoga
Thai Yoga Massage is done on a firm futon or mat on the floor with the client dressed in comfortable clothes.
The therapist uses their thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle rocking and twisting, joint and spine mobilisations and assisted yoga stretches. With the therapist using bodyweight instead of strength and a steady and meditative rhythm, Thai Yoga Massage looks and feels like a graceful dance between giver and receiver.
The benefits of Thai Massage are countless. By freeing the flow of vital energy in the body, Thai Massage can improve posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation. Muscles are stretched, inner organs toned and emotional and nervous tension is reduced. Often a deep sense of peace can be experienced during and after a treatment.

Ayurvedic Yoga (AYM)
Inspired by the traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda this dynamic body treatment combines Indian deep tissue oil massage with assisted yoga-based stretching. It takes place on a futon or mat on the floor and differs from other traditional Ayurvedic massages, particularly in its assisted stretches, which form the method’s core and set it apart from others.
In addition, unlike the Ayurvedic oily massage treatment called Abhyanga, just a tiny amount of oil is used to deliver the massage. This massage also exfoliates the skin due to the Calamus root powder applied with oil and its slow and deep massage strokes performed with the hands and feet.
The massage is tailor-made when adjusting the pressure and selecting the series of stretches to suit individual needs. The session provides a deep sense of openness and well-being on a physical, psychological and emotional level.
Note that after the treatment your body and hair will be slightly oily and with a small amount of calamus powder, so that you can plan accordingly for the rest of the day. We recommend to keep the oils and powder on the skin and hair for as long as possible to nourish the skin and keep absorbing the nutrients from the medicated oils and the root tree powder.

Ayurvedic Abhyanga
This is a gentle but firm massage during which the therapist works in synchronized flowing movements to activate and gently awake the entire body, to "push" oil deeply into the skin, relax the nervous system and reduce muscle tension.
Individually prepared hot ayurvedic herbal oils are used depending on your "dosha" or constitution and your current needs. Thanks to the flowing movements connecting the whole body the client receives the energy, power and magic of the touch from the therapist, bringing warmth, comfort and nourishment to mind and body.
Be aware that in this treatment an extra quantity of oil than usual is used on the whole body, including abdomen, chest, head and face. If you need that any of those areas remain oil-free please speak with your therapist before starting the treatment.
Note that after the treatment your body and hair will be very oily, so that you can plan accordingly for the rest of the day. We recommend to keep the oils on the skin and hair for as long as possible to nourish the skin and keep absorbing the nutrients from the medicated oils.

Ayurvedic Herbal Pindas
A rejuvenating and nourishing massage using traditional cotton herbal bags made of rice, spices and herbs for a sudation effect of the herbal oils.
This deeply nourishing treatment helps to alleviate muscle and joint pain, stiffness in the body, tensions, and stress. Your skin will be left smelling wonderful from the hot ayurvedic oils and the combination of spices and herbs from the cotton bags.

Indian Head (Seated Ritual)
A vigorous yet deeply relaxing massage of the head, neck and arms which nourishes and stimulates the hair and scalp. Special strokes both stimulate circulation as well as induce deep relaxation. The head massage helps to balance your central nervous system and promotes mental clarity.
The treatment is done with the client sitting on a comfortable chair as traditionally done in India, so that the therapist can move around and work the head, neck and arms from all angles. A traditional Ayurvedic massage oil for the head and scalp is used to nourish the scalp and relax the upper back muscles.
Be aware that in this treatment an extra quantity of oil than usual is used on the head, hair and scalp so after the treatment your hair will be very oily, so that you can plan accordingly for the rest of the day. We recommend to keep the oil on the skin, scalp and hair for as long as possible (like a hair mask) to nourish them and keep absorbing the nutrients from the medicated oil.

Foot Reflexology
